In Short

• Lead client interactions and communications to maximize product usage.
• Act as the client lead during implementation to understand their business operations and ensure user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineers on API integration, data conversion, and business logic requirements.
• Provide formal training to client project team members and/or end users.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the integration process.
• Support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
• Track and communicate client issues and proactively resolve problems.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through advice and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues on products, marketing, sales, account management, and other initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, client integration, application engineering, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and/or construction.
• BSc/BEng/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in production, maintenance, industry, or a similar field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Experience working with clients at various levels of the organization.
• Understanding of business needs definition, functional specification review, user training, and deployment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of technology and ability to become an expert in our software quickly.
• Self-starter comfortable working with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
• Membership in one or more professional organizations and/or professional certifications related to this role is a plus.
