President-in-Residence - Construction & Home Services - Remote

Overview

The President-in-Residence will lead and manage operations in the construction and home services sector, focusing on acquiring and transitioning businesses into majority ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in construction or home services.
• Proven track record of managing field crews and office staff.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities and job costing.
• Comfortable being a hands-on leader.
• Ownership mentality for majority ownership transition.
• Prior small business ownership is a plus.
• No private equity or finance background required.
