Overview

As a Solutions Consultant at Magnet Forensics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to clients in the digital forensic space.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the sales team and clients.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations.

Requirements

• College/University Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience with various forensic software solutions.
• Experience in managing deployments of forensic tools.
• Experience working in investigations involving multimedia.
• Experience with cloud and virtual machines is desirable.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge for different audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to care, own, dedicate, and evolve in a professional setting.
