Solutions Consultant for EMEA - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant (SC) for EMEA is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Kustomer sales cycle, directly collaborating with our EMEA-based sales team. SC’s must be both sales focused and technically savvy.

In Short

• Work closely with Sales teams and product management to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Evangelize Kustomer platform value to customers.
• Conduct business requirements assessments and deliver findings.
• Develop a technical sales strategy.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
• Scope and manage customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
• Influence new product development based on solution scoping.
• Handle sensitive personal data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
• CRM, Contact Center or Customer Service Experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• May include traveling for 30 to 50 percent of the time.
• Available to collaborate in-person in London, UK 1x a week.
