• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning business goals with technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to guide complex sales cycles.
• Develop and present tailored product presentations and demos.
• Simplify complex technical information for stakeholders.
• Conduct technical evaluations and facilitate workshops.
• Manage and deliver training resources to Sales and Customer teams.
• Collect and share market feedback to influence product roadmaps.
• Foster strong client partnerships through technical support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing pre-sales or sales engineering experience at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments.
• Technical knowledge of REST APIs and SSO frameworks.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Rapid learner of emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance questionnaires.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages preferred.
