In Short

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DeepL's products.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Analyze root causes of customer issues to prevent future occurrences.
  • Achieve personal and team KPIs.
  • Become an expert on customer needs and DeepL's products.
  • Work with international customers.
  • Participate in Hack Fridays for project development.
  • Engage in regular team events and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience in a technical capacity.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Enjoy working with diverse, international customers.
