Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Customer Success Specialist to be the frontline champion for our school and district customers. In this role, you’ll provide direct support—answering customer questions, running onboarding sessions, and ensuring educators and administrators get maximum value from MagicSchool’s AI tools.

In Short

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and one-on-one meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Proactively follow up to address challenges.
  • Contribute ideas to improve digital onboarding resources.
  • Track and report on customer health indicators.
  • Meet or exceed Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
  • Support the development of digital success playbooks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in tech/SaaS Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
  • Passion for education and helping teachers.
