In Short

• Provide direct support to school and district customers.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions.
• Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and challenges.
• Contribute to improving digital onboarding resources.
• Track customer health indicators and report insights.
• Meet Net Revenue Retention and churn targets.
• Support the development of digital success playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for education and technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in tech/SaaS Customer Success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
• Passion for education and helping teachers.
• Preferred experience in EdTech or K-12 education.
• Exposure to Learning Management Systems.
• Basic data analytics skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
