They are now expanding with a new store location and seeking to modernize their operations.

• Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows
• Implement AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Configure and manage Odoo CRM for marketing operations
• Create automation for accounting processes
• Review and enhance existing Standard Operating Procedures
• Document new operational processes for scalability
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Streamline customer data management
• Coordinate cross-functional projects related to store expansion
• Ensure systems are scalable for future growth

Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Odoo
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes
• Experience implementing AI solutions for business operations
• Background in developing or improving SOPs
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational projects

Benefits

• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST
• 40 hours per week
• Compensation: $7 per hour
