Overview

This role is for a Bilingual Merchant Services Support professional who will facilitate merchant onboarding and provide ongoing support for payment processing solutions.

• Facilitate merchant onboarding and support for payment processing solutions.
• Process and audit applications and agreements.
• Create and manage communication channels for merchants.
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate merchant account records.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and prepare sales materials.

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Background in merchant services or payment processing preferred.
• Strong documentation management skills.
• Must have a computer with at least 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written communication skills in both languages.
• Adaptability and a passion for customer service.
