Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist health plan members and providers by providing exceptional support, ensuring accurate information regarding member eligibility and benefits, and resolving issues efficiently.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in healthcare is required.
  • Call center experience is necessary.
  • Work from home with specific tech requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes.
