Requirements

• 5+ years in Executive Recruitment.
• 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Experience in academic medicine or healthcare staffing preferred.
• Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers.
• Ability to mentor and improve staff performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Problem-solving experience.
