In Short

• Advise physician candidates and clients
• Source and screen physicians through phone calls and emails
• Emphasize opportunity features and prepare candidates for interviews
• Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts
• Manage the recruiting process and client concerns
• Provide consistent communication and feedback
• Consult with clients throughout the recruiting process
• Make recommendations to clients for successful searches
• Build rapport with candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements

• Recruiting Experience required
• Sales Experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales or Cold Calling
• Experience with physician relations
• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
