The Medicus Firm is seeking a Physician Recruiting Consultant to join their team, focusing on providing effective recruiting services to healthcare employers nationwide.

In Short

• Advise physician candidates and clients.
• Source and screen physicians through calls and emails.
• Emphasize opportunity features, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Effectively present opportunity information and respond to questions.
• Drive physician marketing campaign efforts.
• Manage the recruiting process.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns.
• Consult with clients throughout the recruiting process.
• Make recommendations to clients to aid in successful searches.
• Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reports.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience required.
• Sales experience, including inside and outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
• Experience with physician relations and regular interaction with physicians.
• Consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
