Physician Liaison - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Physician Liaison to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with independent physicians and provider groups for the purpose of enhancing patient recruitment into clinical trials.

• Remote position with travel requirements.
• Lead outreach to independent physicians and specialty clinics.
• Negotiate and execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
• Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Act as a liaison between external providers and internal teams.
• Track outreach performance and recruitment results.
• 3–7 years of experience in relevant fields required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience in physician relations or clinical research recruitment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical recruitment practices.
• Success in contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Preferred familiarity with clinical trial site operations.
• Experience with EHR data or patient registries is a plus.
• Network of physicians in therapeutic areas is beneficial.
