Physician Liaison - Remote

Overview

The Physician Liaison plays a critical role in maintaining and strengthening our physician network to ensure timely, high-quality care for our patients. This role involves identifying and resolving physician participation barriers, maintaining ongoing communication with providers, and supporting case managers with physician access and logistics.

In Short

• Routinely review physician participation using Axxess.
• Follow a framework to address billing concerns and administrative burdens.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians.
• Maintain a real-time dashboard tracking physician participation.
• Support case managers in finding physicians for patient needs.
• Provide education on EEOICPA and respond to DOL inquiries.
• Coordinate logistics for traveling physicians.
• Keep the physician database current and manage outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of EEOICPA and DOL processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
