Custom Recruitment Specialist (English & Portuguese/Spanish Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The Custom Recruitment Specialist is responsible for creating and executing a Custom Recruitment plan on allocated M3 Experts projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.

• Responsible for executing Custom Recruitment plans.
• Manage expert and respondent facing recruitment tasks.
• Expand the supply of experts primarily in Brazil and LATAM.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with Project Stakeholders for maximum results.
• Build custom recruitment plans for assigned projects.
• Communicate across teams including Qual, Quant, and Sales.
• Manage the full lifecycle of custom recruitment.
• Attend project-related meetings and share notes.
• Expand the network of Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in expert network or market research.
• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic math skills for calculating rates.
• Interest in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
