The Custom Recruitment Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing a custom recruitment plan on allocated market research projects, ensuring its successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0 – 1 year of market research experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Basic math skills for calculating incidence and response rates.
• Interest or experience in the healthcare space.
• Strong critical thinking and initiative to improve skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
