Overview

We are looking for a native Portuguese profile for customer support that provides close, effective, and efficient assistance to clients, ensuring that questions, requests, and inquiries are resolved.

In Short

  • Address and follow up on requests, inquiries, and questions from clients in Portugal via phone and email, ensuring an efficient and satisfactory experience.
  • Manage and resolve incidents reported by clients, collaborating with the support team and other involved areas.
  • Configure and supervise connections of accommodations with online distribution platforms (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, among others.
  • Train clients in the use of management software, ensuring effective use of key functionalities.

Requirements

  • Languages: Native Portuguese, Spanish at least B2
  • Education: Degree in tourism or related fields in customer service.
  • Previous experience: PMS and/or Channel Manager software, OTA management, customer service.
  • Technical skills: use of ticketing platforms, proficiency in office tools.
  • Soft skills: effective communication, empathy, time and resource management.
