Overview

The Sr. Strategy & Operations Associate will play a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra Health’s go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and operational execution.

In Short

• Drive initiatives with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide insights to the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze leading indicators against forecasts.
• Align with product on roadmap and business cases.
• Optimize the GTM strategy and planning process.
• Support development of a scalable operating model.
• Make recommendations on strategic investments.
• Partner with Finance for revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 4+ years experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Highly organized self-starter.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience in developing business and financial models.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
• Passion for mental health care access.
