Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in implementation and/or customer success.
  • Experience in HR, Benefits, or Healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to innovate and solve problems collaboratively.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple customers.
  • Willingness to travel (10%).
