Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

Lyra Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is energized by engaging with customers, building relationships, strategy and overall delivering results. The role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually.

In Short

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for Mid-Market segment employer customers.
• Partner with marketing to develop engaging campaigns and workshops.
• Produce and communicate customer reports regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer success or related field.
• Experience with customers with up to 5,000 employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to innovate and solve problems collaboratively.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven relationship building skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and self-awareness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel (20%).
