Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to innovate and solve problems collaboratively.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven relationship building skills with key decision makers.
  • Intellectual curiosity and self-awareness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel (20%).
