Requirements

• MA Degree in Psychology.
• Registration with Australian Psychological Boards.
• 5+ years in Wellbeing/EAP, specifically in Clinical Operations.
• 3+ years management experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Good business and financial acumen.
• Strong operational insight.
• Ability to manage and support staff.
• Computer literacy with case management systems.
• Client service orientation.
