Senior Accounting Analyst - Healthcare - Remote

Overview

Join Luna as a Senior Accounting Analyst and bring clarity to complex financial data in a fast-growing, multi-location healthcare company. We're looking for a CPA with 5+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and Tableau expertise. This is a fully remote role (CST/PST hours) with impact, autonomy, and room to grow.

In Short

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for financial analysis
• Analyze, collect, and report financial data across multiple systems
• Perform revenue recognition, AR, and COGS accounting functions
• Reconcile unapplied cash and monitor daily cash flow
• Track and pay local taxes on time
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct internal audits and prepare audit schedules
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA certification (required)
• 5+ years of general accounting and financial analysis experience
• Multi-location accounting experience (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in Tableau and managing large data sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience leading public accounting or internal audit
