Take technical ownership and lead the development and integration of Recurring Payments solutions.
Architect, design, and implement robust middleware services and integration layers using Java and Spring Boot.
Drive the adoption of modern event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka for real-time data processing.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and other engineering teams.
Ensure all solutions are cloud-native, leveraging AWS managed services and Kubernetes.
Lead the migration and deployment of services in AWS.
Establish best practices in code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or Technical Lead.
Strong background in systems integration and middleware.
Experience with cloud-native development on AWS.
Familiarity with FinTech and banking integrations.
Proficiency with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Fluent English required.
