Join our team as an Intern in Talent Acquisition Team - 3 months contract on full time basis!

In Short

• Support full cycle recruitment activities for a dedicated part of the business.
• Participate in recruitment activities and build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain regular reports on recruitment project status.
• Build relationships with hiring managers for successful recruitment.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with daily activities.
• Engage in employer branding activities and People & Culture projects.
• Substitute team members as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

Requirements

• High level of initiative and responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking.
• Strong teamwork skills and responsibility.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Independent and team-oriented work capability.
• Currently pursuing or completed studies in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
• Fluent in English and Estonian.
