• Perform direct sales to micro business segment clients.
• Handle incoming application flow.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service in finance.
• Advanced knowledge of financial products and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse clients.
• Basic understanding of financing.
• Experience in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy.
• Ability to analyze financial data.
• Higher education in Economics, Business Management, or Finance is an advantage.
• Fluency in Latvian and English.
