Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing UV Systems sales in the assigned region, leveraging strong sales skills and water industry knowledge to provide value-driven solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in UV systems or water treatment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with independent territory management skills.
  • Hunter mentality for new business opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen and forecasting abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Completed sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.).
  • Eligible for cross-border travel with a valid passport.
