Overview

As a Training and Enablement Specialist at LucidLink, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively engage prospects, close deals, and achieve targets.

In Short

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Create learning opportunities for fast application and long-term retention.
  • Focus on building Enablement processes and streamlining workflows.
  • Onboard new employees and help them meet quarterly quotas.
  • Build engaging content for the Sales Academy.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or operations.
  • Understanding of learning theories and sales methodologies.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative and strategic mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience.
  • Understanding of learning theories and sales methodologies.
  • Experience with Sales Tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
  • Experience coaching and training mid-market and Enterprise level sales teams.
  • Collaborative mindset, forward thinking, strategic.
  • Excellent communication skills (writing, presenting, selling, listening).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: resilient, proactive, quick, autonomous, resourceful, positive, adaptable/nimble, humble, comfortable with ambiguity, biased to action, solutions oriented.
  • Organizational skills (detail-oriented; process- and results-driven; follow-through).
