In Short

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Team to plan, design, and implement training programs.
  • Accountable for driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute engaging live training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support for the Revenue Team.
  • Serve as an internal consultant for training and enablement needs.
  • Manage users and content in learning management systems.
  • Author and update learning materials.
  • Regularly vet and update existing learning materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and industry trends.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires in the Revenue Team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a learning, enablement, or training role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in content creation tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with training needs assessment and gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Engaging orator with a clear communication style.
