Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with MDM solutions and helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred.
