Associate Product Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Lucid, you will be instrumental in driving the continued rapid growth of Lucid's Work Acceleration Platform. Your efforts will primarily be dedicated to supporting the suite of products and other focused solutions targeted towards personas and/or industry verticals.

In Short

• Know our users better than anyone else, including what they need, why they buy, and what they want from us in the future.
• Work closely with Product Management partners to support the development and launch of new product capabilities.
• Research, develop, and launch specific integrations that will add value for current users.
• Help craft a compelling marketing strategy for AI across Lucid’s websites and customer-facing channels.
• Work cross-functionally with demand generation and content marketing teams.
• Own positioning and messaging for product launches and personas.
• Organize and regularly update the customer roadmap.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product marketing or related experience in enterprise software.
• Creative, articulate, influential, and engaging with a proven track record of success.
• Self-learner willing to learn new skills and platforms.
• Familiar with AI and comfortable working with it.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and flexible with shifting priorities.
• Quick to build relationships of trust and collaborate well with others.
• Constantly improving with an appetite for learning.
• Interested in exposure to different parts of the business.
• Take ownership of problems and never shy away from a challenge.
