In Short

• Coordinate critical engineering projects from conception to delivery.
• Manage resource allocation and project scheduling.
• Develop and distribute complex status reports.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and daily stand-ups.
• Identify and escalate issues to leadership.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile tools.
• Engage stakeholders in consensus building discussions.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the team backlog.
• Serve as a point of contact for project team members.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in a SaaS company within an Agile environment.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and challenges.
