Reveleer is a data and analytics company transforming healthcare by improving patient care and outcomes through an AI-powered platform. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Helpdesk Technician to provide exceptional technical support and contribute to system administration tasks.

In Short

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for end-users.
  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD.
  • Assist with cloud platform administration (Microsoft Azure and AWS).
  • Perform user account management and security administration.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across devices.
  • Participate in IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Document technical processes and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT service excellence.
  • Provide support in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience supporting cloud environments (Microsoft Azure and AWS).
  • Expertise in user support across hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
