Clinical Risk Adjustment QA Coding Lead - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Risk Adjustment QA Coding Lead position at Reveleer is a remote opportunity focused on enhancing value-based care through effective coding and quality assurance processes.

In Short

• Assist managers with clinical pends and over-read feedback.
• Assign manual assignments and assist with data entry production.
• Review daily reports for QA scores.
• Ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams for product releases.
• Perform additional duties to meet client obligations.

Requirements

• Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, etc.) through AAPC and/or AHIMA.
• Minimum of 5 years coding experience in Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment.
• Experience in facility coding is preferred.
• Experience in RADV is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
