• Support Sales and Marketing teams in executing Campaign Operations across various channels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for campaign-related requests and execution support.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns that align with business goals.
• Optimize campaign performance through testing and monitoring.
• Build and maintain templates and processes for campaign consistency.
• Develop dashboards for real-time insights into key performance indicators.
• Establish data governance practices for data accuracy.
• Continuously assess and improve campaign processes.
• Support management of Sales and Marketing technology stack.
• Collaborate on system policies ensuring compliance with data regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Marketing Operations or related field.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRMs (Salesforce).
• Proven ability to manage campaign workflows with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
