Overview

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for delivering quality Level 2 technical support to Retail Stores, Support Centres, and Warehouses, primarily working within their home time zone.

In Short

  • Provide high standard IT support in accordance with Global IT policies.
  • Deliver prompt Level 2 support services to various locations.
  • Maintain hardware, server/network infrastructure, and peripherals.
  • Assist with setup of new stores from a technical perspective.
  • Identify and manage IT security concerns.
  • Provide user training on Lovisa IT solutions.
  • Liaise with IT suppliers for priority treatment on requests.
  • Manage on-/off-boarding of regional team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services.
  • Be part of a rotating 7-day support roster.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in IT.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Awareness or certification in ITIL Foundations.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Cisco tools.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Technical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Desirable: Experience with POS systems.
  • Desirable: Experience with MDM tools.
