Overview

As a Manager, Business Development at Loopio, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in a remote-first environment, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

In Short

  • Lead and coach a team of BDRs to generate high-quality outbound opportunities.
  • Improve qualification processes and increase conversion rates.
  • Establish a best-in-class outbound prospecting playbook.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive alignment with Sales and Marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operations teams.
  • Own the hiring and development of top talent.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for effective onboarding programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and growth within the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales/Business Development management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience prospecting in the enterprise space with a strong understanding of ABM strategies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding team targets through coaching.
  • Direct experience as a successful SDR/BDR.
  • Strong background in using CRM and Sales Automation tools (i.e., Salesforce).
  • Experience in hiring and retaining top talent.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
