In Short

• Lead, architect, and develop features for the Risk Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and QA professionals.
• Implement modern best practices in engineering including a testing-first mindset.
• Balance hands-on development with architectural leadership.
• Utilize Spring Boot, Java, and other leading Back-End tools.
• Write tests and review code to facilitate an efficient dev cycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional team members using Agile methodologies.
• Help improve front-end application for speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Engage in continuous growth as a leader and coder.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and contribute to community efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Desire to grow as a leader and architect in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of best practices in modern languages.
• Strong expertise in developing web applications with back-end frameworks.
• Desire for an autonomous work environment.
