Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry, looking for a Trilingual Sales Development Representative to engage and qualify leads, driving sales efforts in a dynamic environment.

In Short

  • Engage and qualify leads through various communication channels.
  • Tailor pitches to meet customer needs.
  • Manage high volume of inbound chats and calls.
  • Drive 100 calls a day as part of active prospecting.
  • Utilize live chat to connect with inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Contribute to improving sales operations and processes.
  • Share insights and strategies with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing role; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and two other languages (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
