Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist at Lodgify, you will take ownership of customer accounts upon subscription, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they maximize the use of our software.

• Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify account.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment or relevant degree.
• Tech savvy with the ability to understand software.
• Native or near-native level of Italian and English.
• Experience in consultative customer conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fast learner in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
