Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional VP of Business Development to help build and lead the go-to-market engine that drives patient referrals and revenue to our infusion centers.

In Short

  • Contribute to the creation of tools and resources to help the organization scale.
  • Assist in setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Analyze market data to prioritize expansion geographies and new service lines.
  • Directly manage a team of Business Development Reps (8-10).
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach Business Development Reps.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-volume specialist offices and healthcare organizations.
  • Work with Operations for a seamless hand-off from referral to treatments.
  • Deliver referral-volume and revenue goals for your territory.
  • Present performance insights and forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Must be located near Local Infusion’s Northern service area (ME,NH,CT,NJ, MA or NY).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare.
  • 3+ years as a proven people manager.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system and standard office software applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
