Overview

As a Business Development Executive at LoadSpring, you'll be responsible for selling innovative cloud platforms and solutions to major project-driven companies, driving new business and managing client relationships.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise prospects.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Forecast sales and deliver accurate pipeline reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel at least 25% as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $2 MM+ annual sales targets.
  • Experience in AEC, project-intensive industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions and SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably NetSuite.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
