Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on building qualified sales opportunities for the Field Sales teams by prospecting and developing new business leads.

In Short

  • Prospect and develop business leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts and sending emails.
  • Qualify prospects via phone and email, identifying decision makers and business pain points.
  • Meet monthly quotas for Sales Accepted Meetings.
  • Transform Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to record activities and manage leads.
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide excellent prospect and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve execution and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and respond promptly to customer contacts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
