Overview

As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek an SDR/BDR to join our Sales Team. You will be responsible for leading the sales opportunities pre-qualification and supporting the Account Executives to fully-qualify opportunities within the sales pipeline.

In Short

  • Cultivate an understanding of the Finalis Sales process
  • Conduct outreach to inbound and outbound leads
  • Communicate Finalis’ value proposition to prospective clients
  • Assess prospective clients alignment to ideal customer profiles
  • Assist Account Executives in identifying and closing prospects
  • Communicate results and influence decision makers

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in selling technology solutions (preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Experience and passion for metrics and dashboard visualizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Innately curious and proactive
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally
