Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers as both a hands-on technical mentor and strategic systems architect. This is a hybrid leadership role that blends deep engineering experience with an appetite for building high-functioning teams, developing technical strategy, and influencing the company’s approach to data-driven innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering management roles.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Next.js, AWS.
• Comfort working with streaming and batch ETL systems.
• Strong architectural instincts and system design understanding.
• Adept at managing trade-offs between speed and quality.
• Strategic orientation with a focus on long-term goals.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or data-rich environments.
• Ability to partner on company-level strategy.
