Requirements

• 3–5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 8–10+ years of total experience in software engineering.
• Proven project and execution management skills.
• Strong technical background with full-stack experience.
• Proven success leading cross-functional product teams.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first team.
