• Lead a team of up to seven professionals in HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing HR operational policy and processes.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Experience in cross-functional project management.
• Skilled in problem identification and solution development.
• Broad experience with HR technology systems.
• Experience in decision-making with organizational impact.
• Negotiation skills for acceptable outcomes.
• Ability to secure a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance.
