LiveU is looking for an Operations Quality Assurance professional to lead quality and operational excellence for their hardware products and global processes.

In Short

• Lead Operations Quality activities and ensure compliance.
• Conduct RCA and corrective action processes for quality issues.
• Analyze RMA statistics and implement improvements.
• Oversee Manufacturers and Supplier Quality.
• Develop and implement global quality policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in quality management in a high-tech hardware company.
• Experience in team management and motivation.
• Strong background in quality studies and management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with FACA processes.
• Collaborative skills across departments.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
